Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our growing team at Softileo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. You will work closely with our design, front-end, and project management teams to build robust, high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize and enhance existing web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and external services.
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in PHP development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer with at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience.
• Expertise in PHP, including Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax).
• Experience with MySQL and other relational databases.
• Proficient in building APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of web application security and performance optimization.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of other back-end languages like Node.js or Python is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web optimization techniques.
